Words of Wisdom II.

"Breathe."

That's it. This is what I always tell myself when I get stressed out or frustrated: breathe.

Inhale. Exhale. Repeat.

I've written this simple word on my cellphone background, in my agenda, and plan on getting the Chinese characters for "inhale" and "exhale" as tattoos on my wrists.

I think it's so important to remember to breathe because things could always be worse.
