Nooo, my poor Adrii! My dad always tells his patients to sleep in a almost sitting position (with a big pillow in the back), so the head is the highest point & the blood circulation shifts from the head to the rest of the body to avoid a heat accumulation. And another one is to cool with a wet towel instead of ice. The ice is actually 'to cold'.
